11.4.2017 Keski-Uudenmaan kristillinen koulu lähetti Malawin rakennusprojektiin rahaa 6000 €. SOJEMI:n rahastovastaava Fergus Gondwe kuittasi rahojen saapuneen ja että ne tullaan käyttämään asianmukaisesti. Alla viesti kyseiseltä henkilöltä:
"I write to officially acknowledge receipt of Project funds from yourselves (Finland) amounting to Mk4, 532, 756.99 (Four Million five hundred thirty two thousand seven fifty six Malawi Kwacha) through our Projects Account number 0121203424900 maintained at Standard Bank, Capital City Branch.
It is in the above understanding that I sincerely convey our most profound thanks for the good gesture you always show to us as Souls for Jesus Ministries International (SOJEMI). Times without number you have sent support to us either for Projects, School fees support and any other general assistance for the ministries' activities. On behalf of the ministry, receive our acknowledgement for everything you do to us. May the good Lord bless you abundantly.
It is our promise that we are going to put the funds into the intended use and give you updates accordingly - either Financial or Project stage."
Samoin lähetystyön johtava henkilö kommentoi:

Myös Espoon kristillinen koulu lähetti vuoden vaihteessa rahaa oppilaiden koulumaksujen maksamiseen. Tuo summa oli noin 1800 €. Yhdessä saamme paljon aikaan! :)
